AMS Online Summer Course 2021

Making Time for the Timeless

 

We know that after all the months of lockdown, people just want to get out to their favorite restaurant, pool, vacation spot, or even their own backyard. At the same time, there is exquisite beauty in coming together in sangha. We have designed  a shortened virtual summer course so that we can enjoy the freedom of fewer restrictions, but also make time for the timeless, where we live in the true freedom of the heart. Come and join us!

Course dates are Friday, July 16th – July 18th and runs from Friday evening until early Sunday afternoon. Please see below for the full schedule.

Each day we will be immersed in Shakti with a group meditation, chant and satsang.

HOW TO REGISTER

The online summer course will be hosted using the IFSU website teaching platform (https://www.meditationtechniques.org).

At the registration page, you can click on one of three options in order to register (note: if you are already a member of this site, please make sure to log in before proceeding to register for the summer course):

1). Register and attend full weekend course (cost is $95)

2). Register for partial attendance (cost is $50).

COURSE SCHEDULE

Each day one of the leaders of AMS will offer a satsang using one of Gururaj’s videos and/or transcripts, which may be followed by group participation.

Saturday, July 17

Morning Schedule

MORNING GROUP MEDITATION: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm EDT

Break: 30 minutes

SATSANG (Roopa): 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm EDT

Afternoon Schedule

AFTERNOON GROUP MEDITATION: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm EDT

Break: 30 minutes

SATSANG (Praseela & Sujay): 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm EDT

Sunday, July 18

GROUP MEDITATION: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm EDT

Break: 30 minutes

SATSANG (Gomila & Vidya): 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm EDT
