Join us for a varied uplifting weekend retreat of meditation and satsang

THEME: LOVING WHAT WE ARE

Loving and accepting ourselves unconditionally requires courage as we get caught up in the cycles of life and our never-ending egoic patterns. We live with an idea of who or what we are based on our perceptions about who or what we should be. Loving what we are means to totally accept every aspect of ourselves unconditionally, including the limitations that exist in the body and the mind as well having the awareness that what we truly are is limitless.
