Online Immersive Meditation Course

Join together to begin 2024 by IMMERSING yourself in what really matters –

AMS MEDITATION IMMERSION 2024

 

AMS is starting 2024 in style – with a short but immersive day and a half of meditation, satsang, love, joy and laughter!

ZOOM : This retreat will be available live via Zoom.

COURSE SCHEDULE

Our immersion begins on Friday evening (2/23) with introductions followed by a longer video satsang. The video will contain the theme we will continue to explore during our time together the following Saturday (2/24).

Please note: schedule times are in EAST COAST TIME ZONE
This time we are mixing it up a little! On Saturday morning we will have chant and meditation, followed by a short break, and then satsang. We will come back together in the afternoon for satsang FIRST, followed by a break and then chant/meditation. We will close the course with a wrap-up towards the end of the day.

Friday, February 23

7:00 pm: Introductions, followed by a full-length Satsang video of Gururaj which we will watch together.

Saturday, February 24

10:00 am – 11:00 am: CHANT AND MEDITATION

11 – 11:30 am: Break

11:30 am – 12:30 pm: SATSANG

12:30 – 2 pm: Lunch Break (Zoom will be left open if anyone wants to visit over lunch)

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: SATSANG 

3 – 3:30 pm: Break

3:30 – 4:30 pm: CHANT AND MEDITATION

4:30 – 5:30 pm: Course wrap-up
