Theme: You are Light and Vibration

You are light and vibration, not the small body identified self you assume yourself to be. On this course we will look at exactly what Gururaj has to say about light and vibration, about who we really are versus who we take ourselves to be. We will review and be doing numerous practices that Gururaj informally taught throughout his satsangs over his 12 years of teaching – practices that lift our vibration and move us into seeing, experiencing and knowing our true divine nature – love itself.

ACCOMMODATION: There are comfortable single rooms available, each with a private bath.

DESCRIPTION: There will be two group chant and meditations as well as two Satsangs (group gatherings) each day. Yoga Nidra will also be offered. There will be time for walking meditation, introspection, relaxation and fun. The grounds are fabulous and the atmosphere is conducive to prayer and meditation. There are over 100 scenic acres for walking.

MEALS: Meals are prepared three times daily and served in the dining room. If you require vegetarian or gluten free, please specify when registering. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the dining room if you have special needs.

TRANSPORT: (STL) Lambert – St. Louis International Airport.

To get to and from airport use Yotaxi. Call at least one day ahead to make reservations – 636-234-6360.  $54 cash or $59 credit card.

Cost may be split between people traveling.

Uber estimated fare is $40 for UberX and $80 for UberBlack (similar to a limo).
