Retreats are hosted by both local areas and AMS national. Going on retreat gives you an opportunity to re-dedicate yourself to practicing meditation and gain a deeper understanding of the nature of the mind.  It is also a way to “recharge the battery”, i.e. relax, renew and unwind. Come join your family of meditators and experience the shakti and energy generated when two or more are gathered in the name of spiritual unfoldment.
